Service Description

I work with restaurants, businesses, senior living facilities, and more! I will help you interpret the FDA restaurant menu labeling regulations. I can assist you in creating allergen declarations for the 8 most common food allergens. We can identify gluten-free menu items you already offer as well as help you create new menu items. I will work with you in the development of standardized recipes or to adjust the amount of fat, sodium, fiber, or any other nutrient in your recipes while maintaining the integrity of your recipe and its flavor. I can work with you to identify healthy food options on your existing menu or find opportunities to update an existing menu with healthier options.
