My process for menu creation I meet with your identified team member to learn more about your business, operations, clientele Together we talk about your ideal menu, prep time, budget, etc I create draft 1 for you by a timeline agreed upon by both parties We meet about draft 1 and make edits. I then begin draft 2. We meet about draft 2 and make edits. I then submit final menus based off a timeline agreed upon by both parties. My process for analyzing menus You provide me with your menu (protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement). Send me your recipes, with complete ingredients, weights and measures, yields and prep statements. Identify a team member to be our contact to clarify recipe information, confirm products and cooking methods, gather post-cooking weights, etc. I will document and analyze your menus and provide a complete report and data file of the nutrition values of each recipe. You will receive the nutrition report for each recipe and an electronic data file export of the data suitable for inclusion on your printed menus. I can offer advice as to the best way to communicate the nutrition information and display it for customers to use. I can also provide compliant Nutrition Facts Panels for your menu items.
